Returns

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that the product is:

  • In its original condition

  • Returned with original packaging and all accessories

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for products that:

  • Are damaged after delivery

  • Are not returned in their original condition

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you will be notified of the status of your request. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within a few business days.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
